Introducing H&M's sister label '& Other Stories'

This is absolutely breath of fresh air from the normal high street stores. & Other Stories, the sister label of H&M launched yesterday and I'm already one of their biggest fans. There is something unique about this collections and I would love you guys to check it out. Their pieces are sharply cut, cleverly designed and super gorgeous and prices are not so bad. Kind of similar to Zara and Reiss. I have uploaded my wish list and their look book for you. Click to see more and please share your thoughts on this latest store in town.

Introducing Totally Large Shoes.

During my lunch break yesterday, I did a quick one to Baker Street to do some Long Tall Sally shopping where I came across this shop called Totally Large Shoes. You bet I was interested to go in and see what they are all about but the sales assistant left a note on the door that reads 'I'll be back in 10mins' Was I disappointed? Oh Yes. I had just 10mins to make it back to Waterloo so I quickly copied their website and made my way back to work.

Now their website is really interesting. The prices are displayed in 3 currencies :Pounds,Euro and Naira! as in my beloved country currencies. They make up to size 45 for ladies shoes and they have a few stylish designs. My two fave are the ones displayed on the blog and I'm saving towards one of their quilted black boots.

So if you have the problem of finding trendy shoes in large sizes, you better check them out here

Val's gift ideas for him & her

Love these hand weights so much. My fave for him so far!!! It comes in different Kgs and the colours are on point
Nollywoodreinvented requested for this post so here we are. These are just few of the sturvs I found on John Lewis. If I have time, I'll check more sites but for now, click to see more Val's gift Ideas. I can't promise any delivery to Nigeria if in case you are interested. That's the major reason I didn't bother doing a post on it in the first place. Apologies in advance. Having said that, if we use express online delivery for it, chances are the order might meet my Friday cargo to Lagos.

Introducing Payless online. The big feet saviour?

A LPS reader Ruth sent me a mail to say she feels my pain regarding my shoe size so she sent me a link to where she buys her shoes from since she is a size 13 herself. I was super excited when I saw the email so I went on line and was happy that payless online actually cater for big feet. They go up to size 13 in stylish designs and are based in the states. What a joy!!!

Last year, one of my bbm contact's husband came to the UK and bought 2 dresses in the wrong size for her. So she needed help for exchange which I gladly did for her without a service charge. Not knowing I was actually sowing my own seed for a time like these. To cut the long story short, the lovely lady I helped last year ordered these for me and we've concluded payment through pay pal. Now all I need do is sit down and relax for my order to come through. Talk about one good turn ...Thanks a lot Elizabeth & Ruth. God bless you both. Click to see one more picture.
