The Royal Ascot is no doubt the worlds famous racecourse of horse racing and the golden rule of this event is every female attendee must wear a dress of modest length and a hat. This year's event took place on the 22nd of June and I'd say this year had the most flamboyant hat on display. Check photos out. More pics below
